Mr. Crabtree was born on July 3, 1913 and passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2010.

Mr. Crabtree was a resident of Durham, North Carolina at the time of his passing.

Mr. Crabtree served in the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nellie.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the Howerton Bryan Funeral Chapel, Rev. Cheryl Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Lebanon Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery on Guess Road (at Russell Road). The family will receive visitors at Howerton & Bryan Funeral Home Monday from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Union Grove United Methodist Church, c/o 8009 Bunny Road, Rougemont, NC 27572 or to The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
